What shipping methods are available?

We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and UPS courier services. All orders are sent in plain packaging with tracked and or signed delivery to your door.

Is the delivery discreet?

Yes, absolutely. All our products are shipped in plain unbranded packaging with the contents boxed or packed in such a way that they are unrecognizable during handling and delivery.

We accept all major credit and debit cards during the checkout process.
Alternatively you may choose to check out using PayPal or Stripe.

Will ‘Touch Me’ show on my bank statement?

No. For discretionary purposes your bank or credit card statement will only show a charge to Ed Dashe Ltd.

We will keep all your details safe and secure.

All the information you provide touch-me with is sent encrypted over a secure network. This means that personal details and card information are scrambled and safe from so called “man-in-the-middle” attacks.

We do not store your payment details on our systems as they are sent securely to our bank.

Orders & Returns

If i’m not satisfied can I return my order?

Yes, if you are not happy with your order you may return the items up to 30 days after you made the purchase.

May I cancel an order after I have made it?

You may cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund. If we have already shipped your items please refuse to sign for them when being delivered so that they are sent back to us. Once we receive your items we will refund your purchase. Cancellations made after we have shipped the items to you will still incur the delivery charge which we will deduct from the refund.

Yes it is customary during your first order to fill in a few details. This enables us to process your order with more efficiency and keep you up to date on some of the amazing deals and discounts we have.
